The thickest belt Ive seen is the atama. Do like the faixa rua one however, dont overlook the cool clasp belt they do.Karate Belt Display UK

ACHIEVEMENT OF EXCELLENCE: LAGOS STATE TAEKWONDO ASSOCIATION (LSTA)

Pioneer Organizing Secretary Mrs. Asagba Grace Ebele, 1st Dan, Hon. (Nee Edwards) who piloted Lagos State Taekwondo Association (LSTA) to Heights of Excellence as Premier State Taekwondo to Win the Top Position as National Sports Festival Best Overall Champion 3 Times Undefeated and Current Holder of that Championship 1988 - 2011. A graduate of University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) with Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education (Second Class Honours, Lower Division 1987), Certificate in Sports Coaching, University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University 1982). She was a National Badminton Gold Champion, 1975 and Africa Badminton Gold Champion 1982 among others. Mrs. Asagba has attended many training courses in Badminton and other sports both local and international. A member of Nigeria Association for Physical Health Education, Recreation, Sports & Dance (NAPHER-SD) and Member Nigeria Association of Women in Sports (NAWIS).

Ebonyi State University Premier Vice Chancellor, Prof Fidelis Ogah, oon, 3rd Dan Hon & Taekwondo Man of the Year 2007 by merit, in recognition and deep appreciation of his groundbreaking contributions and achievement that your sport-loving and sterling leadership as academic and administrative Head of Ebonyi State University (EBSU) recorded by becoming the premier ivory tower in Nigeria to have established Institute for Sports Sciences, first to produce international Associate Grandmaster black belt 7th Dan in NUGA Taekwondo in the person of Prof. Emmanuel Maximin-Agha (EP) who, as added milestone, also headed the flagship Institute for Sports Sciences under which the martial arts and Olympic Sport are taught as official academic Course programme for youth empowerment.

New Minister of Health appointed by, Prof. Christian Chukwu, being honoured among others with his Jidokwan black belt award in recognition and appreciation of his immense support to Taekwondo grassroots development and youth empowerment programme in Ebonyi State University (EBSU) chapter of the NTF75. PRESIDENTIAL HEALTH MANDATE: Three broad areas of mandate given to him by Acting President, Dr.Goodluck Jonathan. These, according to him, were to ensure that all the various professional groups in the health sector work together as a team, to initiate action to improve the health indices of Nigeria and to make it obvious to all Nigerians the direction the health system is going.

Taekwondo Umpires, Referees & Judges supervised by WTF Grandmaster Kim Yong Tae, 9th Dan Dan, head of Arbitration & Tomas Sithole. Tomas Sithole is the Director of International Cooperation and Development Department of the International Olympic Committee. Tomas Sithole has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA) since 1989 and its secretary general since 1997. He also has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Association of NationalOlympic Committees (ANOC) since 1993.

Taekwondo Federation of Nigeria (TFN) National Coach to the Barcelona Olympic Games, WTF Korean Master Byoung Ho Lee Led a 17-Man Taekwondo Demo Team to the Opening of Daewoo Autoland in Lagos 1992.
